     My MaxiDAS DS708 is showing to be "not registered" when I try to update it. I purchased it last December, I believe, and updated it shortly afterward, but have not updated it since then. When I got to the Autel website and try to login or register, the website tells me "The product has been unbound" Help, please!

     As an update to my previous post, I have also tried to update via my computer with the DS708 update software. This software tells me that the serial number of the card does not match the registered serial number. In looking at UpdateTime.txt, it shows where I updated it on 12-19-14, so I KNOW it was registered before, or I wouldn't have been able to update it.

     Hi Steve,

    If it shows the device is unbound then the device may have been blocked per user's request because it was stolen. Can you please write to support@autel.com with the S/N for us to check? Thanks!

    Hi, On my ds708 when I select Ford-  V6.00,  nothing, blank screen. All other makes OK. Also, getting the "GetSysInfoFromRegTab() failed ".

    Program Version: v6.33    Firmware Version: v3.30    Hardware Version: v3.60   Product Serial number : DS010Q002879  

    Help please.(I have the TS401 also)

     Hi,  for the error message, please see the post on the forum via below link for solution. As I have checked the update information of the S/N DS010Q002879, the software should be very old and Ford software may crash already. Do you have backup file? If yes, then you can copy it to the SD card to check the result again. Thanks!
